The Open Audio Language, a spin off of OpenGL but for audio. Haven't used it yet I plan on looking into it further over the next few months.
C Reference Card
All the default C functions and syntax on one handy printable card. 2 pages but you can always print one on the front and the other on the back.

The download for Java's SDK 6. Not sure what they added in this one but if it's anything like the transition from 4 to 5 there should be a lot of nice things. Java is a nice beginning language for someone wanting to get into programming as it does a lot of nice things for you. Of course it also full featured, and though it's slightly slower than C++ it can be used for very powerful applications.
The full API for SDK 6. A programmer's best friend.
Quite possibly the best IDE for Java (or any language). Helps you a lot by automating a lot of tedious programming tasks like finding call heirachies, refactoring, and class generation.
An alternative to Swing if you have Eclipse. Not quite as Object Oriented as Swing is, but it sure it a lot simpler than dealing with all of the complicated callbacks in Swing. So worth a look for GUI Programmers.

Java Webstart HOWTO
Nice article on how to create a JNLP file so you can turn your Java application into a Webstart application.
A great website to learn about how to create standards compliant websites. Basically a collection of tutorials and articles on XHTML, CSS, DOM, etc, and how to use these correctly and in a W3C standards compliant way.
Java Script Kit
Has almost everything you'll ever need to program with Javascript. Includes a full DOM reference, and includes the differences between IE and NS/Mozillas implmentations of JS.
The definitive source for PHP. Possibly one of the most helpful manuals for a language. Includes user comments and every function and keyword in the language.
W3Schools
Great starting resource for everything web programming related. XHTML, CSS, DOM, AJAX, JS, XML, XLST, if it has an acronym, and is a web language, W3Schools has something on it.
Another good all in one site for Web related languages. Doesn't have as many as W3Schools but is a good counterpart.
Robots.txt
Ever wanted to know how to get all those bots to leave your page alone, or what is a Robots.txt file anyway. This resource gives a very good and thorough explination of what it is, and how to use it.
.htaccess
Great resource on how to configure an htaccess file for those who can't edit the http.conf file on their server.

Cats and Video Game references, can't get much better than that. Though the comic is kind of hit or miss, it's normally decent and sometimes is comic gold.
A good comic. Kind of hard to explain, but if you like indie rock, or randomness and yet a overarching story, this one is for you.
The Webcomic that started it all (or has been around long enough that's what most assume). Random rants on the state of the video game industry, with some other random things thrown in for good measure. Typically funny, though every now and then it can get meh.
The Webcomic written by my friend. I designed the site for it and maintain it, so check it out, and while you're at it read the comic. It's pretty decent.

Home of the RPG Maker magazing detailing and reviewing various RPG Maker made games and general info on the series. I'm on the forums here.
The Biggest RPG Maker (console series) site that I know of. Basically the same info as on the mag on the actual page, but the forums are slightly more active. So you'll see me there on the forums as well.
The Domain of Doan the Nado
Funny name for a site, but it's the best place to get help on RPG Maker 2. It has a small community but a lot of them are very good at RPG Maker 2 and can help you out. Me included.

An interesting web "game" in which you make up a country and then determine the policy for the country and your actions control how your country develops. It also has a model UN there where resolutions are voted on. Kind of interesting. My nation is the People's Republic of True Coolness, it's a Left Leaning College State at the moment.
Basically one of the only sites on the net left with good base tabs. Everyone else got scared of lawsuits.
Probably the only place you'll ever need to go to get all your electonic (mainly PC) needs online. Normally has the best deals around on computer parts and they have great customer service. Almost every part I've ever ordered for my computer has come from them.
Probably the best online virus scan you can get. No programs needed to install, so if you have a virus you just can't get rid of, and your virus scanner can't tell what it is, try this.

Guide to buying computer parts
A decent, and updated guide on what to buy when you are looking for computer parts.
List of device bandwidths
A good resource for those wondering what the bandwidths of devices are. Is USB2.0 faster than Firewire, how much faster is SATA than ATA, etc.
Partitioning Guide
This is a great article on how you should partition your harddrive, and why it is better to partition a hard drive than to leave it as just one big partition.
One of the best anti-spyware programs out there. Takes some time to get used to the settings, but with this and a virus scanner your computer should be running healthier.
THE resource for professional gamers, though people who want to get in the industry can sign up and read it too. It's free.
Lots of articles for the indy game developer on anything from programming and AI, to general game design and asset management.
A great deal of articles on how to approach getting in the games industry written by someone has been in it a long time. Highly useful, though a bit cynical (or realist depending on how you look at it).
The main review site on the net. Good to get a general idea of how good a game will be.
Quite possibly the best place to look if you're ever stuck in a game. Though it doesn't have as many pretty pictures as a strategy guide, it's free, and arguably contains more information.
